Namdroling Tibetan Buddhist Center

Namdroling Tibetan Buddhist Center in Bozeman, Montana is dedicated to the Palyul tradition of Vajrayana Nyingma Tibetan Buddhism. Namdroling's guiding principle is that of Bodhicitta , or loving kindness and concern for others, as we realize that self-liberation is gained by bringing benefit to all living beings. Our aspiration is to nurture and strengthen our community by studying, practicing, and living the Dharma, and helping the greater community through acts of service and by sharing the Dharma with all who are interested.

Namdroling is open to all with an interest in Buddhism. The Center offers practices on most Sundays and the major auspicious days in the Tibetan Calendar.

Prayer Requests

If you would like to ask for prayers for a loved one, please click here. Be sure to include the name of the person or being you are requesting prayers for and why. It is common practice to make an offering of any amount when requesting prayers. This can be done by clicking on any of the "donate" now links. Be sure to mention that this is a donation for a prayer request in the comment field.

There are many blessings in requesting prayers and in making offerings for your beloved partner, parent, animal, etc. We will read a list for deceased and living loved ones before each of our practices. It is also possible to sponsor a butter lamp in honor of a loved one. Please click on the sponsor a butter lamp link at the bottom of this page to do this.

More information will follow soon.
